How to Report a Violation

If you see an activity happening in a salmon bearing creek or the riparian area (30m each side of creek) that you’re concerned about , please use the following links to report:

If members of the public observe any potential damage to fish habitat, death of fish, and/or deposits of sediment into fish habitat, they are encouraged to report any potential violations to DFO’s Observe, Record, Report (ORR) line. The ORR line can be reached 24-hours a day at 1-800-465-4336 or at: DFO.ORR-ONS.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca.
